Hi my name is Silvia Moi.

I work as a performance coach. I am a member of the coaching professional society, Norsk Forening For Coaching - NFCN, https://nfcn.no. This gives you the assurance of my professionalism, my commitment to keeping up-to-date on the advances in my profession, as well as a strict ethical framework. Through my professional organisation I am also registered in the Brønnøysund Register Centre.

 

I sing, too!

As a professional opera soloist I have performed in Norway and abroad for over 20 years. I have had eight seasons as a soloist with the Norwegian Opera and Ballet, played a main role in a film by Kenneth Brannagh, and have sung in most of the well-known opera houses in Europe. Throughout my career as an opera singer, I have been interested in how the body and mind work together, especially since my job is to perform at a high level, achieving peak performance when it counts, just like a top athlete.
