Stress is a broad concept. When we experience stress, our bodies go into “fight or flight” mode, which increases our levels of cortisol, adrenalin, and noradrenalin. We can tolerate this in shorter periods, but in longer periods the body begins to react in a negative way. Coaching and mental training make us more aware of the right goals, making it easier to change our lives. The right changes help us handle stress better.
